I have lived in the San Diego North County Inland Area since 1977, and am extremely familiar with Scripps Ranch, Rancho Penasquitos, Sabre Springs, Carmel Mountain Ranch, Poway, 4s Ranch and Rancho Bernardo. These areas are known for their great schools, where my teaching background sets me apart from others when providing analysis and insight.  In the end, my main goal is to help clients make the best financial decision for their family.

While a top producer, I still maintain a “hands on” approach with my clients.  I enjoy getting to know my clients, and most become life-long friends.  Many people, when evaluating real estate agents, often overlook communication, but this is where I set myself apart.  I strive to be pro-active with handling potential issues, and am available to answer questions at any time throughout transactions.  I respond to phone calls, texts, and emails, usually within 1-2 hours, if not immediately.
