We have worked with Scott Waid on 3 transactions include a primary residence sale, primary residence purchase and a rental property purchase. Scott has been very proactive in making sure that each transaction was smooth. For the recent rental property purchase, Scott walked us through the pros and cons of a short sale or bankruptcy vs. a traditional sale.
